Architectural Design

The California wine region continues to expand and Paso Robles is at the forefront of it’s growth. Paso Robles is the central point between LA and San Francisco and has been known for its amazing wineries and olive groves. In 2022 a very talented wine maker teamed up to purchase the existing Zenaida Cellars that is right along highway 46, which takes you from downtown Paso all the way to the coast.

In fall of 22’ NVS was brought on board to reimagine the existing structures and help develop a plan for the future. In Spring of 2023 new ownership unveiled where the winery is headed! PIUS will become the new brand of wines and will begin its journey in a new, state of the art 30,000 square foot building that houses their production facility, barrel storage, public tasting spaces, and exclusive member experiences. The building is intertwined with landscape and courtyards and immerses you directly into the vineyard. The environment our design team has created is like no other. The architectural elements, landscape components, and carefully crafted interiors provide many layers of intense experience that make PIUS Estate just like its wine… One of a kind.

Over the next 24 months NVS and the rest of the design team will continue to develop the project, along with PIUS’s amazing visionaries, in preparation for one very exciting open house. Please following along as this journey unfolds.
